Do I need an account to place an order?

You can also purchase products as a guest, but registered members with an account can enjoy a variety of benefits. These include a smoother checkout process (essential for purchasing items that sell out within minutes), easy access to order status and details, and weekly updates on new product releases and special promotions.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

In principle, cancellations and returns are not allowed after an order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase. However, exchanges are possible in cases of product defects or size adjustments.

Can I combine multiple orders into one?

If your orders have not yet been shipped, they can be combined into a single shipment. However, please note that during promotional periods, due to high order volumes, we cannot combine multiple orders.


SHIPPING

Where are the products shipped from?

Orders within the Kanto area are shipped from Tokyo. Most orders from other regions and international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Qingdao, China and Soul, Korea.

How long does delivery take?
---
For the Kanto area, delivery takes approximately 5 business days, while other regions can expect delivery within up to 7 business days.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
---
Taxes and duties are calculated on the shopping bag page.volumes, we cannot combine multiple orders.


PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

We only accept credit cards for payment. Accepted cards include VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, DINERS, and Discover. Please note that UnionPay (China UnionPay) is not accepted.

Can I pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer?

As a rule, cash on delivery and bank transfers are not available. However, please contact us for bulk orders.

How is payment security ensured?

The FOL online store uses encryption services (SSL) and secure connections. You can verify this by the 'HTTPS' URL prefix and the padlock icon displayed in your browser's address bar.

Shipping is free to most regions in Japan. However, additional shipping fees may apply for remote islands and certain areas.
